RETURN POLICY

OUR 30-NIGHT BED SHEET & BATH TOWEL TRIAL PERIOD

We want you to be 100% happy with your new bed sheets and bath towels, and we know that sometimes new linens can take some getting used to. To ensure you are completely satisfied, we are offering you a risk free 30-night trial period. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return them within 31 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment.

Returns are not accepted after 31 days.

We do not reimburse for shipping charges.

 

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

We have a 30-day return policy for everything else, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for the full selling price, less shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please submit a request here. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 


Once you’ve received your order, please inspect the items carefully and email us immediately at hello@kingstongoods.com if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s) so we can make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS (NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS) 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card purchases.

 

EXCHANGES


We do not offer exchanges and instead recommend returning your item(s) and placing a new order.

 

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.

 

Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive and inspect your return and process your refund. We recommend tracking your return to ensure we have received the package.

 

Refunds processed to credit cards will typically take 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will typically process within 7 business days but can take up to 30 days.
