Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-night trial on all orders. If your purchase is not right for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


How to Start a Return

No emails needed. Simply click the Make a Return link in the footer of our website and follow the steps. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

A flat-rate return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing. Items sent back without first completing the return request will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@kingstongoods.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible. Return shipping fees are waived on damaged or incorrect items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Wool dryer balls

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised orders

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to submit a return request through the Make a Return link in the footer, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you would like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method, minus the $5.00 return shipping fee. Please allow a few additional business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the credit.
